OUR PURCHASER PACKAGE:

  • Review section 32 statements and advise you on important risks you need to be aware of

  • Prepare all transfer and State Revenue Office forms required for lodgement;

  • Arrange necessary funds with your bank for settlement;

  • Arrange all documentation with the Vendor’s solicitors to prepare for settlement;

  • Arrange calculation of final balance payable at settlement with the Vendor's solicitors;

  • Attend settlement on your behalf; and

  • Notify all the relevant water, council and state revenue authorities of your property purchase.


Sellers

OUR VENDOR PACKAGE:

  • Draft Contract of Sale and Section 32 statement for your real estate agent;

  • Conduct all property searches for your section 32;

  • Arrange mortgage discharge (if any) with your bank for settlement;

  • Arrange all documentation with the Purchaser's solicitors;

  • Arrange calculation of final balance payable at settlement with the Purchaser's solicitors;

  • Attend settlement on your behalf; and

  • Prepare all related post-settlement notices.

We can usually complete the contract and section 32 statement in one week and would then forward these straight to your real estate agent - it's good to have these documents ready early for any prospective purchasers who request them.
